Well can you believe my little Olivia is already 6 months old? She is quite the character; and very beautiful. As you can tell, I am a very proud Father.

During the past year we have seen some very exciting growth. This growth has necessitated employing a new team member and it gives me great pleasure to introduce you to, Ms Tina Deves.

Tina will join Daniel as a full time Property Manager. Tina has been in the industry for a number of years managing a large portfolio of properties. I have full confidence in Tina’s ability to fit into our team and deliver the exceptionally high levels of service that you have come to expect from Robert Martin Realty.

I very much look forward to working with each and everyone of you and you can expect the very best in service and attention from me”.

The current portfolio of properties will be split geographically with Daniel focusing on the South & East and Tina on the North & West. You will soon receive a short note confirming who your Property Manager is along with their contact details. Of course Chris and Kathy will continue working on the administration of your property including maintenance, collection of your rent etc.
