Robert has worked in the Property sector for the past 15 years, not only has he worked in the property management sector he is a strong investor himself and has been involved in developing properties This means he has a strong understanding of what it means to be an investor and be on the receiving end of services.

This is why Robert began Robert Martin Realty in 1999 to ensure that all the needs of Property Investors were met and that he was able to work with his client for life building a portfolio of properties.

Tanya Popov
Personal Assistant

Tanya has worked as a Law Clerk and Personal Assistant in the legal field for 3 years and is now excited about learning all aspects in relation to property and finance as Robert Martin’s Personal Assistant.

You will find that Tanya endeavours to help all clients wherever and whenever she can in the most efficient and effective way possible as she believes that the relationship with the client is the most vital aspect of the property business.

Tony Campbell CAR (REIV)
Sales Manager

Tony has worked in all facets of property investment for the last 10 years and is committed to helping clients reach their goals by buying the right property at the right time and place.

Tony also has a Diploma in Financial Planning and so is well placed to advise how property fits into a long term strategy of investing.

Tony is also happily married with two children and a dog and is a keen long time supporter of Richmond.

Daniel Bryan
Business Development Manager

Daniel Bryan has worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past 8 years in a variety of roles including Property Management, Business Development and Sales. His wealth of experience is appreciated by our clients who have been able to draw from his knowledge and apply it to their own properties.

Daniel is highly organised and extremely practical by nature which makes him an asset to the Property Management Team at Robert Martin Realty.

Communication is something that Daniel understands is paramount to a successful relationship with all of his clients; you will find him to be very approachable, completing things with a minimum of fuss.

Tina Deves
Business Development Manager

Tina has over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry including Real Estate as well as operating two businesses of her own. Tina takes her role in property management very seriously and believes the success is in building long lasting relationships with all of her clients, ensuring every client is obtaining the maximum possible return on their investment.

Chris Dassler
Property Manager

Chris Dassler is an essential part of our Property Management Division and you will find him to be very friendly. Chris has excellent business acumen, paying particular attention to detail which ensures that your property is managed efficiently. As a client of ours you will find that Chris will always be fully knowledgeable about the maintenance and the financial aspects of your property. Chris is currently studying for his Real Estate Licence enabling him to become a Branch Manager.

Kathy Constantin
Property Manager

Kathy has had a real passion for property since she was a child, spending her time visiting display homes, opens for inspections and various auctions, it was this that prompted her to follow her passion and commence a career in Real Estate.

Kathy has completed her Agents representative course.

When Kathy is not busy looking at properties, you will find her with her camera shooting photos, playing soccer or enjoying the company of her friends she also has a huge passion for the film industry, and can quote anything from the Lion King to Indiana Jones.

Kathy loves working with people and is always in a bubbly happy mood.

Caitlin Brideson
Assistant Property Manager

Caitlin has joined the Robert Martin Realty team as an Assistant Property Manager. She has completed her Agents Representative Course and has a great interest and passion for the Real Estate industry.

After recently completing a Diploma of Business Marketing, Caitlin has progressed into a Real Estate position and is enjoying her role as Assistant Property Manager immensely.

Caitlin is a dedicated and hard working member of the RM Realty team who enjoys meeting new people and finds working with the RM team very enjoyable. Caitlin hopes to continue her training at Robert Martin Realty and one day become a Property Manager.

Scott Lamin
Senior Trust Accountant

Scott has been associated with the real estate industry for 20 years. Previous property management experience includes Senior Trainer with leading Property Management Software Company. This diverse roll included training and consultations to many of today's Senior property managers throughout the profession.

Sarah Martin
Junior Administrative Assistant

Sarah is the daughter of Robert Martin and currently in year 12, working hard and producing some great results.

Sarah first started out by lending a hand by contributing to the filing and general administrative work around the office; since working at RM Realty she has developed a real interest in property management and is always keen to learn more. After completing her VCE she hopes to study Arts / Law at Monash University, as well as continue her part time work at RM Realty which she describes as “A wonderful working environment”.
