Robert has worked in the Property sector for the past 15 years, not only has he worked in the property management sector he is a strong investor himself and has been involved in developing properties This means he has a strong understanding of what it means to be an investor and be on the receiving end of services.

This is why Robert began Robert Martin Realty in 1999 to ensure that all the needs of Property Investors were met and that he was able to work with his client for life building a portfolio of properties.

Tony Campbell
Sales Manager

Tony has worked in all facets of property investment for the last 10 years and is committed to helping clients reach their goals by buying the right property at the right time and place.

Tony also has a Diploma in Financial Planning and so is well placed to advise how property fits into a long term strategy of investing.

Tony is also happily married with two children and a dog and is a keen long time supporter of Richmond.

Lloyd Henriksson
Property Consultant

Lloyd is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with over 12 years experience.

Lloyd has specialised solely in the intricacies of Investment real estate for the entirety of his time in the industry.

With a passion for all things Real estate, your time with Lloyd will be both informative and enthusiastic.

Daniel Bryan
Head of Property Management Department

Daniel Bryan has worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past 10 years in a variety of roles including Property Management, Business Development and Sales. His wealth of experience is appreciated by our clients who have been able to draw from his knowledge and apply it to their own properties.

Daniel is highly organised and extremely practical by nature which makes him an asset to the Property Management Team at Robert Martin Realty.

Communication is something that Daniel understands is paramount to a successful relationship with all of his clients; you will find him to be very approachable, completing things with a minimum of fuss.

Leanne Macleod
Business Development Manager

Leanne has worked in Real Estate for the past three years. There are many aspects of her work as a Business Development Manager that Leanne really enjoys especially the satisfaction of helping owners maintain their investments and tenants to find a house to call home.

Leanne joins the RM Realty team with great knowledge of the rental market and is known for being responsible and productive as well as friendly and outgoing. She has a determined, outgoing approach to her career and is focused on furthering herself, hoping to soon obtain her full Real Estate License.

Caitlin Brideson
Business Development Manager

Caitlin joined the Robert Martin Realty team as an Assistant Property Manager and has now worked her way into the role of Business Development Manager. She has completed her Agents Representative Course and has a great interest and passion for the Real Estate industry.

After completing a Diploma of Business Marketing, Caitlin progressed into a Real Estate position and enjoyed her role as Assistant Property Manager immensely.

Caitlin is a dedicated and hard working member of the RM Realty team who enjoys meeting new people and finds working with the RM team very enjoyable. Caitlin hopes to continue her training at Robert Martin Realty and one day become a Property Manager.

Chris Dassler
Property Manager

Chris Dassler is an essential part of our Property Management Division and you will find him to be very friendly. Chris has excellent business acumen, paying particular attention to detail which ensures that your property is managed efficiently. As a client of ours you will find that Chris will always be fully knowledgeable about the maintenance and the financial aspects of your property. Chris is currently studying for his Real Estate Licence enabling him to become a Branch Manager.

Vickie Li
Sales Trust Accountant

Vickie has worked in the accounting arena for the last few years, and has great attention to detail. Her qualifications include a Master of Finance. You will find her working very quietly behind the scenes, assuring that our trust and contracts are administered correctly.

Scott Lamin
Senior Trust Accountant

Scott has been associated with the real estate industry for 20 years. Previous property management experience includes Senior Trainer with leading Property Management Software Company. This diverse roll included training and consultations to many of today's Senior property managers throughout the profession.

Lindsay-Leigh Hocking
Property Management Administration Assistant

Lindsay-Leigh has had a passion for real estate since a young age. She has been working in all areas of real estate over the last 5 years, in a vast number of roles including, reception, administration and property management. Upon completing her Agents Representative course she undertook a role as a Sales Consultant.

She joins us at RMR as our Property Management Administration Assistant. She has substantial knowledge and strives to be as helpful as possible, she is always willing to help and will always greet you with a smile.

Sarah Martin
Junior Administrative Assistant

Sarah is the daughter of Robert Martin and is currently studying International studies at Deakin University.

Recently completing her Agents Representative course, Sarah supports all areas of the business from reception, rentals and administration. You will find her to be very knowledgeable and supportive, a great asset to the team.
